Craiova Will Have a Hotel Affiliated to the International Accor network

The company MKS Prod from Dolj is preparing to build a 4-star hotel on Calea Severinului, Craiova, which will be affiliated to the international group Accor.

The building will have 78 rooms, a height of S+D+F+G+7+8 set back and 44 parking spaces. According to the documentation, the circulation terrace and technical spaces will integrate energy efficiency equipment, including photovoltaic panels, solar panels, heat pumps and air conditioning systems to meet NZEB standards.

The investment is estimated at RON 54.4 million, of which RON 34.49 million (excluding VAT) is the value of the tender financed entirely from European funds. The project is scheduled for completion in December 2026.
