The industrial developer CTP could be preparing for an initial public offering on the stock market, according to its director Remon Vos. He told Hospodarske noviny that funds from the sale of shares would be used for the company to move into new markets, including Western Europe. "I'm an ambitious person," he said. "I'm not going to buy a boat now and go yachting. We want to turn this company into something big and be a regional player. But if we want to grow, we need access to capital." HN notes that when it spoke with Vos a year ago, he said that an IPO wasn't a matter for discussion at that time. At the moment, however, the company is creating a business plan for the next ten years and that thoughts about a potential IPO were part of the financial strategy.
