Eurostat: HICP inflation in Poland accelerated to 6.4% YoY in October

HICP (Harmonised Index of Consumer Prices) inflation in Poland was 6.4% y / y in October 2021 against 5.6% y / y a month earlier, the EU statistical office Eurostat reported. In monthly terms, the indicator increased by 1%.

In the EU as a whole, HICP inflation amounted to 4.4% y / y in October.

Consumer inflation (CPI) was 6.8% annualized in October 2021, the Central Statistical Office (GUS) previously reported.
