GARBE Industrial Real Estate GmbH (“GARBE”), a specialist for logistics and industrial properties in Germany and elsewhere in Europe, is laying the ground for its continued growth in the future, and reinforcing its senior management. To this end, Andrea Agrusow (50) was appointed to GARBE’s board of directors as of 1 July 2022. She will join the incumbent managing directors Christopher Garbe, Jan Dietrich Hempel and Jan Philipp Daun to push forward with the further development of the company in the areas of finance, digitisation and organisation.

“We have grown very rapidly over the past years. This kind of growth comes with significant requirements in efficient structures and transparent processes. In Andrea Agrusow, we are gaining an experienced managing director with strong operational competence and the necessary know-how in the areas of real estate and finance. Her experience will strengthen our company as leading real estate company not just toward the outside but particularly in-house, and pave the way for further growth,” said Christopher Garbe, Managing Partner at GARBE.

Andrea Agrusow brings around 20 years of experience in international real estate investment management to the job, having worked as fund manager for Deka, and as CFO of CBRE Global Investors in Germany, among other career stations. Most recently, she served several international hotel groups in COO or CFO roles.
