Impact Developer & Contractor receives EUR 4.2 mil. loan from Garanti Bank

The real estate developer Impact Developer & Contractor, controlled by the entrepreneur Gheorghe Iaciu, contracted a loan of EUR 4.2 million from Garanti Bank, maturing in June 2024, to ensure working capital.

The company is to expand and develop in the next six years the residential projects Greenfield Băneasa, Boreal Plus, Greenfield Copou, Luxuria City Center and Greenfield West on the 73.5 hectares of land it owns in Bucharest, Constanţa and Iaşi.
