Impact expanding Boreal resi project in Constanta

Impact Developer & Contractor secured a building permit to develop an additional five housing blocks at the Boreal Plus project it is developing in Constanta. The five blocks will include 341 studios as well as two- and three-room apartments. Completion is scheduled for H1 2022. The project will offer a total of 691 homes, including 673 apartments in nine blocks as well as 18 luxury villas. The first phase of the project, the development of the 18 villas, broke ground earlier this year.
