Media Expert leases 12,000 sqm at Panattoni Business Center Lodz III

Terg, the owner of the Media Expert, has leased 12,000 sqm at Panattoni Business Center Lodz III. The household appliances chain will start operating out of the location in September. The building will act as a buffer storage facility for Media Expert’s main distribution center at the Central European Logistics Hub, which was delivered by Panattoni in 2019. At that time, the company took 73,300 sqm to consolidate its operations. “We are pleased with the extension of our cooperation with Terg for two reasons. First of all, it confirms that the central warehouse that we delivered has passed the test and that the company wants to grow further in our facilities. Secondly, Panattoni Business Center Lodz III has now become our latest fully leased facility, confirming that Lodz, where we have been operating for many years, is still a very attractive location,” said Kamil Kwiatkowski, senior leasing manager at Panattoni Europe.
