Last nights CIJ Awards Czech Republic 2021 was a mind blowing experience of entertainment and happiness that could turn out to be the last party of the year. The night was rich with great winners in projects, companies and professionals that run them. Penta Real Estate where top with success, collecting Best Residential Development of the Year for Maison Ořechovka, a villa residence in Prague 6 and Churchill Square phase 2 to home Best Office Development of the Year and the prestigious Grand Prix awards. Out of the Agencies, CBRE received the most awards Best Land Transaction, Best Property Management Company, Best Office Real Estate Agency, Best Industrial/Warehouse Real Estate Agency and Clare Sheils, Managing Director of CBRE Czech Republic for Leadership of the Year. Also, CBRE was rewarded for the charitable endeavours for Best CSR Act of the Year.

The winners of the competition were selected in a two-stage voting process. A selected jury committee of 12 recognised experts from the real estate, investment, architectural and construction industries. In the second stage an online balloting of 1700 votes were cast from CIJ EUROPE readers. The weighting of the jury committee and online CIJ readers votes, represented 61% and 39% of the final result

The winners of each individual categories also advance as nominations for the Best of the Best CIJ HOF Awards in 2022. The Hall of Fame Awards is the climax to the CIJ Awards series, pitting the winning projects and companies from around Central & Eastern Europe against each other to determine who the Best of the Best really are.

This years attendees could only attend by presenting a valid international certificate for full vaccination against COVID-19, with the use of an approved vaccine.
