Entrepreneurs Nicolae Gavra and Sorin Suru, owners of Timcon, one of the largest builders in Timișoara, have launched a residential project near Pădurea Băneasa, in the north of Bucharest, which will include over 400 premium apartments, with offices and commercial spaces.

The land on which this project is planned has an area of about 14,000 sqm and is bordered on one side by the Jaguar and Land Rover showrooms of Țiriac Auto and on the other side by the Băneasa Forest. The development is to be carried out in two buildings with 5 and 6 floors, respectively.

In 2021, Analog Constructions reported a turnover of RON 33.1 million, more than double the previous year.
