The Norwegian group Visma became the new majority shareholder of inFakt. Thus, inFakt joins the international group, which includes European companies providing solutions for accountants and enterprises.

From the very beginning, our goal in inFakt was to provide the best online accounting service for Polish entrepreneurs. We continue our mission and believe that with a new partner like Visma we will be able to carry it out even better. We thank our clients for the trust placed in inFakt every day by choosing our services and products. It is a great joy for us to accompany and support entrepreneurs in setting up new businesses and keeping their accounts.

Gaining a new investor does not introduce any changes for our clients. Its founders, Wiktor Sarota and Sebastian Bobrowski, will continue to sit on the board of inFakt. We want to simplify the daily activities of Polish entrepreneurs, as we have done so far.
