ON Semiconductor leases 3,200 sqm at The Light office project

ON Semiconductor leased 3,200 sqm in the first office building of The Light project in Bucharest. The scheme was developed by River Development. “The rented space partially occupies the third floor and the entire fourth floor of our building and was customized with the support of the building designer, which made the personalized integration of the ON Semiconductor tenant easy,” said Tina Virlan, leasing manager of River Development. The Light One offers 21,653 sqm of leasable space on 11 floors. It is currently 90 percent leased.
