Businessman Ovidiu Tender, who owns the Vulcan platform in the south of the capital, is discussing the sale of the 25-hectare land to a group of investors, according to sources in the real estate market. The transaction could be about 35-40 million euros.

The Vulcan platform would thus be transformed into a new residential pole, where about 5,000 apartments with a market value of at least 400-500 million euros could be built, according to ZF calculations.
