Penta consortium bought CZK 1 billion plot of land on Vítězné náměstí from ICT

A consortium of Penta Real Estate, Kaprain Group and Sekyra Group have bought land from the University of Chemical Technology (ICT) in the western part of Vítězné náměstí in Prague 6 for an amount just over CZK 1 billion. It gained a total of 20,122 square meters, ie the majority of the buildable area of the so-called fourth quadrant of Vítězné náměstí between Evropská and Jugoslávských partizánů streets, Penta annouced.

The consortium of developers wants to build mainly offices and shops on the land, and will use part of it for apartments. According to the press release, the ICT wants to use the funds obtained from the sale of part of its land for the construction of a new university building with teaching spaces and a dignified background for students and academics.
