Real Estate Developer Andrei Nedelcu Enters the Hotel Market

Businessman Andrei Nedelcu, who has developed about 400 apartments in Bucharest, plans to enter the hospitality market with a 5-star hotel in Brașov and another in Predeal, both under authorization, and is working on EUR 25 million residential projects in the capital.

The entrepreneur is now planning his entry into the hospitality market with a 5-star hotel located in Poiana Brașov. The project, under authorization, provides for the construction of a hotel with 30 rooms and a useful area of about 2,500 square meters, with a SPA, swimming pool, gym, restaurant and a conference room. The investment is estimated at approximately EUR 6 million.

In Predeal, Nedelcu took over a company that had authorization to build a hotel, but which only built the structure of the building. His plan is to complete the accommodation unit in Predeal, which has 50 rooms, a SPA center, a basement pool, a restaurant and a conference room.
