Savills appoints Dorota Kościelniak as Regional Director for Dolny Śląskie

Savills Poland has announced the appointment of Dorota Kościelniak as Regional Director in its Office Agency, Tenant Representation department. Kościelniak, with over two decades of industry experience, will oversee the firm’s Wrocław office, focusing on business development and enhancing Savills’ presence in Lower Silesia.

Jarosław Pilch, Head of Tenant Representation at Savills, praised Kościelniak’s extensive expertise and market acumen. “Dorota is a leading figure in the Wrocław office market. Her experience and insight align perfectly with Savills’ strategy of delivering top-tier, tailored advisory services,” Pilch said.

Kościelniak brings a wealth of experience in managing and advising on office space transactions, having facilitated deals totaling over 500,000 sq ft. Her prior roles include leading Colliers’ regional office in Wrocław for seven years and serving as partner and director at Knight Frank from 2002 to 2017. Her background includes collaborations with prominent Polish and international developers, investment funds, and tenants.

A licensed real estate agent and manager, Kościelniak holds degrees in real estate management and valuation from Wrocław Agricultural University and Wrocław University of Technology. Outside of work, she is an avid horse rider.
