MLP Group is to build a BTS facility for Hart Logistics at Poznań West
MLP Group is to build a BTS facility for Hart Logistics, a Polish provider of logistics and transport services. The lease has been brokered by Profi-Home of Poznań.
Hart Logistics has signed a contract to lease space at the MLP Poznań West logistics centre. Under the contract, the tenant will receive about 10,000 sqm of modern space, with some 9,600 sqm designated for warehousing, and the remainder to be fitted out as office space and staff amenities.
The facility will be built according to the latest trends in the warehouse property market meeting the BREEAM certification requirements, and will feature advanced unloading docks as well as broad parking and turning areas. Moreover, in line with the company’s strategy MLP Group will implement environmentally friendly solutions. For instance, solar photovoltaic panels will be installed on the roof of the facility, and there will be shelters for bicycles, electric vehicle charging stations and insect hotels on the park premises. Apart from its commitment to environmental protection, MLP Group will also seek to ensure comfort of the facility users.
The construction work has just started, with delivery of the finished project scheduled for the first quarter of 2022. The facility will be customised to the tenant’s exact specification (built to suit).

However, thanks to the focused dedication and commitment to finding constructive solutions to various issues that emerged on both sides, we managed to work out a deal satisfactory to both Hart Logistics and MLP Group,” said Adam Kultys, the owner of Profi Home.
