Pavăl Holding, owned by Dragoș and Adrian Pavăl, once again increased the share capital of the retailer Dedeman, now by almost RON 260 million, through a cash contribution, and through the issue of 25.9 million new shares. As a result of this new operation, the company's capital rose to RON 2.47 billion.
Dedeman, the largest local DIY retailer and the largest business developed by Romanian entrepreneurs, reached a turnover of over RON 9 billion last year, with a net profit of RON 1.4 billion.
