Nationwide property developer ATAL has announced the sale of 180 new flats as part of the second stage of its Apollina estate project, located on Apollina Street in Kowale, Gdańsk. This phase includes the construction of three modern five-storey buildings, offering a variety of flats in close proximity to green spaces and well-developed infrastructure. One of the key advantages of the estate is its excellent connectivity to Gdańsk’s city center and other districts.

The flats are priced between PLN 9,000 and PLN 10,800 per square meter in a shell condition, and buyers can opt for turnkey finishing through ATAL’s Design Programme. Agnieszka Majkusiak, Sales Director at ATAL, commented on the high demand for flats in this segment, noting that the estate’s relatively affordable pricing, considering the Tricity market, makes it attractive to a wide range of buyers.

“The ATAL Apollina estate is particularly appealing to families due to its location and good transport links. However, its broad offering also attracts investors and buyers looking for smaller units, including studios,” said Majkusiak.

The architecture of the estate will feature a contemporary design that blends harmoniously with its surroundings. The light-colored facades, accented with grey, and gabled roofs are set to create a modern yet intimate atmosphere. The newly launched flats range in size from 28 to 112 square meters, with one to four rooms, with two- and three-room units being the most prevalent.

Designed with the residents’ convenience in mind, the buildings will include storage rooms, a garage hall, and stroller spaces, features that are expected to appeal to families with young children. Ground-floor flats will offer private gardens, and semi-private zones will be created with openwork fences.

Residents will also benefit from the estate’s close proximity to essential services, including schools, kindergartens, a shopping center, and public transport stops, with the nearest one just 90 meters away. The area is also home to a variety of restaurants, gyms, and other facilities, ensuring a comfortable lifestyle. The nearby S7 expressway will provide easy access to other parts of the Tri-City and beyond.

Kowale offers a unique blend of urban convenience and natural beauty. Residents can reach the historic heart of Gdańsk in just 30 minutes, where they can enjoy a stroll along the Motława River or relax on Brzeźno beach. Nature lovers will appreciate the nearby Blacksmith’s Creek Gorge, an oasis of greenery perfect for quiet relaxation. For outdoor enthusiasts, the “Bursztynowa Góra” nature reserve offers an ideal setting for hiking and cycling.

The second stage of the Apollina estate looks set to cater to a wide demographic, offering a modern lifestyle with excellent amenities and connectivity in one of Gdańsk’s most appealing districts.
