Atlas Bank in bankruptcy is selling real estate worth 3.58 million euros

Bankruptcy Administration for Atlas Bank in Budva, Montenegro has announced a public tender for the sale of assets. The total value is 3.58 million euros, the portfolio includes apartments, business premises and garages.

The prices offered on apartments with an area of 36 and 46 square meters range from 81,870 euros to 128,980 euros, and garage spaces from 15,260 euros to 26,990 euros depending on the area and business space approx. 1.22 million euros. The price of the A roof terrace of 376 square meters was also offered for sale at a price of 527,140 euros. The sale will be conducted by oral bidding in the premises of Atlas Bank on October 8. The right to participate for domestic, foreign companies and individuals is required by paying a participation deposit in the amount of ten percent of the initial price for the real estate in question by October 7.
