BNI Polska leases 1000 sqm at Warsaw Trade Tower

BNI Polska has leased 1000 sqm at the Warsaw Trade Tower. Walter Herz advised during the lease process. The Warsaw Trade Tower is a 42-story office building located in Warsaw's Wola district. The property is one of the tallest skyscrapers in the capital. With 46,700 sqm of GLA, the scheme offers its tenants attractive shared spaces, which have mostly been modernized. Tenants include AXA (the largest tenant in the building), American Express, Leroy-Merlin and Mattel. The property provides 400 parking spaces.
