The Slovak real estate market is extremely resistant. Year after year, investment in commercial real estate grew despite the economic turbulence and they have not been negatively affected even by the pandemic. How will investments in real estate be affected by the war conflict in Ukraine? Will they be stirred by rising inflation and energy prices? Where are potential development zones for urban logistics and what does the ideal location need? How will rising power prices affect the use of sustainable construction solutions? How will the strategy of long-term players in the office building market change?

This years 17th CEDES conference will be covering these questions as well as the main sectors of real estate and what plans are being made to edge forward with change in the short term, while planning for the long term.
