CitySpace, owned by Echo Investment, will create an office center at Katowice’s Face2Face Business Campus. The 2,300 sqm center will provide 370 workstations in various formats: open space, private offices, coworking and virtual offices. Everything can be leased for a long or short period, or even for a few days. The center will also offer additional rooms and zones, including meeting rooms, quiet rooms, conference rooms, kitchens, reception desks, call rooms, entertainment and event zones. Companies that lease office space will have the possibility to use these areas. They can also take advantage of the property’s cleaning service, IT support and office manager service. “The demand for serviced and flex offices is rising higher and higher every year, that is clearly noticeable also in regional cities. What is more, the popularity of flex offices will grow as the need to switch to the hybrid working model increases,” said Jarosław Bator, managing director of CitySpace. “Flex offices are perfectly suited for this, all the more when they are located in several locations in the same city.”
