The Macedonian construction company Adora Engineering is moving its business from its home country to Serbia and Greece due to, as General Manager Vanca Cifliganec says, the unfavorable business climate in Northern Macedonia. According to him, the macro development of Northern Macedonia is not possible without the micro or local development of municipalities.

Adora already has a company in Serbia, Adora Living Solution, which is currently building an elite residential and business complex of 7,000 square meters on Zlatibor. Within the complex there will be 100 fully equipped apartments, a swimming pool, a spa and wellness center, a restaurant, a gym, a yard and other modern facilities for a mountain vacation.

The company is working on two projects in Greece, one of which is in Halkidiki. Villas with apartments for sale have already been built there, and this year they will start a project on the island of Thassos, where they intend to build two residential projects, where part of the residential units will be intended for rent, and part will be for sale.
