Cordia bought land on the shore of Lake Floreasca from TMK Reșita

The Hungarian Cordia Group has completed the acquisition of a plot of land on the shore of Lake Floreasca, in the north of Bucharest, from the TMK Reșita pipe factory. Since the beginning of 2018, Cordia concluded a promise of sale and purchase of a plot of 10,590 sqm with TMK Reșita. The transaction was finalized now, 4 years later, at a price of EUR 4 million.

The lot is located on Șarmului street, no. 7, in a peninsula area in Lake Floreasca. To the north, the property adjoins the approximately 2.5-hectare land purchased by One United Properties from Telekom for over EUR 18 million, where the One Peninsula residential complex with 125 apartments and 8 luxury villas is being built.
