CPI Property Group has made major changes to its organizational structure in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, merging its Asset and Property Management divisions. This is expected to improve efficiency in the company's primary activities of leasing, managing and developing real estate. Included in the changes was the appointment of Petr Brabec as director of Asset and Property Management. Brabec was previously in charge of asset management of shopping centers at the company. Meanwhile, Ondrej Lane, who was previously in charge of shopping center management within CPI, will now deal the company's Property Management division. David Votrel has been placed in charge of Asset Management and office leasing, while Tatiana Nogliova will be entrusted with the property management of shopping centers.
