Cristinel Sandu is expanding West Residential Park complex in Bragadiru

Businessman Cristinel Sandu is preparing the expansion of his West Residential Park complex in Bragadiru with almost 400 more apartments, which complement the 18 existing buildings developed together with the Finnish investment fund Ahlström Capital.

The investor owns about 1 hectare of land behind the La Strada shopping center. Two 10-story blocks with a total of 387 apartments, 221 underground parking spaces and 162 surface parking spaces were designed on this lot. Completion of the project is expected within two years from the date of obtaining the building permit, according to the company.
