CTP buys Mobexpert's logistics center in Bucharest

CTP has bought from businessman Dan Șucu the logistics center of the furniture and decoration retailer Mobexpert near Bucharest, in a "sale and lease back" type contract valued at about 14 million euros. The logistics center has an area of ​​over 30,000 square meters and was built in 2009 following an investment of 10 million euros. The four buildings of the warehouse are built on a plot of about 6.2 hectares. Mobexpert remains the tenant of the project and will be provided, if necessary, adjacent space in another CTP project.
