CTP purchases 28,500 sqm of warehouse space from Eyemaxx

With the purchase of 28,550 sqm, CTP has expanded its industrial park north of the capital of Serbia, CTPark Belgrade North, from the Austrian-based real estate developer Eyemaxx. The property currently accommodates the operations of companies such as Lidl, Mercata VT and Flux Systems. As a result, the overall capacity of CTPark Belgrade North now stands at 50,000 sqm, with the landbank enabling to achieve about 115,000 sqm of leasable space at the location.

The transaction was made at the end of 2020, and Country Head for Serbia at CTP Vlatko Djuricek explains that the construction of a new warehouse of 25,000 square meters will begin in January, which will be completed in the second quarter of this year, and adds that there is huge interest in industrial and logistics complexes, especially that close to the Serbian capital and due to the connection with the A1 highway.

CTP have secured the land enabling it to offer 115,000 sqm of lettable space. The company also owns and operates another modern industrial parks in Serbia, located in Kragujevac, Novi Sad or CTPark Belgrade West.
