Company Eagle Hills Zagreb Real Estate has bought a 69.7 percent stake in Sunce Hotels from the Andabak family, creating an obligation to announce a takeover bid. The Zagreb branch of Eagle Hills, which deals with the development and investment in mixed-use real estate, from catering, residential, commercial and health, was founded in July 2019.

Sunce hotels under the Bluesun Hotels & Resorts brand manage 11 hotels along the Adriatic coast, one camp and one leased facility, with a total of 2973 accommodation units, making it one of the largest hotel companies in Croatia. In addition, they own 50.2 percent of the airport on the island of Brac.
