Echo Investment is considering entering the private dormitory market, CEO Nicklas Lindberg announced. The company will provide more details at the end of the year.

"The next market we are looking at now is student dormitories. [...] We have Resi4Rent and you can create a similar business out of that [dormitories]," he said. - Lindberg said at the press conference.

"At the moment we are analyzing what our step will be [...]. At the end of the year we will know more, we will be able to give more data. There is a lot of growth potential here," he added.

The CEO also indicated that for Echo, dormitories are "the next natural step" and that after that the company will also look at the senior housing sector.

He explained that possible investments in the dormitory market will be carried out by the company as a separate project from the Resi4Rent rental housing platform, and that it would like to carry it out together with partners.
