Real estate investor Eden Capital Development has received the necessary building permit to build a major residential complex, with over 1,300 apartments, in place of the former RAMI Dacia diamond factory halls, behind the AFI Cotroceni mall, in western Bucharest.

Eden Capital Development, a company owned by Dan Liviu Marius (75%) and Abu Lail Akram (25%), purchased the 37,350 square meter plot of land on 8A Timișoara Boulevard from RAMI Dacia following a transaction worth approximately EUR 15.7 million.

The building permit provides for a residential complex consisting of 12 buildings with 3 basements, a ground floor and 10 floors. The buildings to be built will have approximately 1,342 apartments, along with a nursery/kindergarten, school and general medical clinic.
