Fidelidade presents proposal for reconstruction of Feira Popular grounds

Fidelidade has presented its design for the reconstruction of the former Feira Popular grounds in Entrecampos to the Lisbon City Council. The masterplan was presented this week at a chamber meeting, and the decision on its approval will be announced next week.

The architecture project was carried out by Eduardo Souto de Moura and Álvaro Siza Vieira. It covers three plots with a total area of 27 hectares, of which 2.5 will be green areas. This first draft covers the construction of at least five buildings. The new project was acquired in a public auction by Fidelidade in December 2018 for €€273.9m. The project includes offices, retail, services and housing.
