Greek airline Ellianair has announced the continuation of flights between Heraklion and Belgrade this summer season. The services will continue on June 3 and will operate once every ten days until September 27 with the Airbus A320. The airline did not hold operations between the two cities last year due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Serbia and Greece should soon sign a memorandum on travel conditions for the coming summer, which would allow vaccinated passengers from Serbia to enter Greece without any restrictions, while others would have to pass a negative PCR test Covid-19. Greece has banned the entry of most Serbian citizens since July 2020 due to the epidemiological situation.
