GUS: Prices of construction and assembly production in Poland up by 2.3%

According to preliminary data of Statistics Poland (GUS), in January 2021 the prices of construction and assembly production in comparison with the corresponding month of the previous year increased by 2.3 percent, and in comparison with December 2020 - by 0.1 percent. In January 2021 in comparison with December 2020 the growth of prices was recorded in civil engineering by 0.2 percent as well as in construction of buildings and in specialized construction activities - by 0.1 percent each. In comparison with January 2020 the increase of prices was noticed in construction of buildings by 2.5 percent as well as in civil engineering - by 2.4 percent and in specialised construction activities - by 1.9 percent, informed GUS.
