The construction market in Iasi will remain stable in 2021, despite the pandemic context and has solid long-term growth prospects. Currently, in Iasi there are over 1,200 construction projects in various stages of realization, the entire local market being estimated at about EUR 2.2 billion, according to an analysis made by the topographic design company Graphein, in collaboration with IBC Focus.

"Last year we witnessed a certain inertia, many projects being continued after they were started in 2019. Even so, the construction sector did not feel so strongly the shock generated by the health and economic crisis. I think that the year 2021 will be at a level similar to the previous one, already feeling in the market an effervescence from real estate developers, but also from local authorities ", said Eugen Ursu, managing partner of Graphein.
