Romanian businessman of Turkish origin Ibrahim Reyhan, owner of Matei simigeria, is preparing to enter the real estate market with a residential project in District 3, Bucharest, and a retail park in Otopeni.

The businessman owns a 1,500 sqm plot of land at the intersection of Liviu Rebreanu street and 1 Decembrie 1918 boulevard. The plan for this plot of land is for the construction of a block with two basements, a ground floor and 6 floors.

"We anticipate the start of work for 2024. We will have approximately 50 apartments and commercial spaces on the ground floor of the building. This is our first residential project. We are preparing another retail project in Otopeni. Both projects are at about the same stage," said Alina Reyhan, the administrator of the developer company.
