Imagine office complex in Łódź achieves WiredScore Gold certification

The Imagine office complex in Łódź has earned the prestigious WiredScore Gold certification, recognizing it as one of the world’s most technologically advanced buildings in terms of digital connectivity, telecommunication solutions, and emergency preparedness. Developed and managed by Avestus Real Estate, Imagine now joins an elite group of global properties acknowledged for their superior digital infrastructure.

WiredScore, an international organization founded in 2013 by former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, awards this certification to buildings that excel in providing high-quality digital connectivity and smart technologies. To date, nearly 75 million square meters of commercial and residential space worldwide have been certified by WiredScore, impacting over 8 million people.

The Gold-level certification for Imagine highlights the building’s robust digital infrastructure, including top-tier internet service providers, strong mobile connectivity, and a resilient fiber optic network that ensures an exceptional online experience. The complex is equipped with multiple entry points and secure telecommunications rooms, minimizing the risk of connectivity disruptions.

“In designing Imagine, we prioritized high digital connectivity standards and the flexibility to adapt to new technologies. Achieving the WiredScore Gold certification validates our commitment to these principles and confirms that our choices in technology were the right ones,” said Andrzej Borówka, Head of Property Management at Avestus Real Estate in Poland. He added that the building’s high connectivity standards have attracted tenants from technology and IT sectors, who rely on reliable solutions for their operations.

Completed in 2019 and located at the intersection of Piłsudskiego Avenue and Śmigłego-Rydza, Imagine is a state-of-the-art Class A office complex consisting of three buildings. Two six-story buildings offer 17,200 square meters of commercial space, including 14,800 square meters of office space and 2,400 square meters for retail and services. The third building houses an above-ground garage with 356 parking spaces, 49 double bicycle racks, and an electric vehicle charging station. The complex has also earned a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification for its modern, energy-efficient design.
