Katarina Wojtusiak, a commercial real estate professional with long term experience has established the real estate advisory agency W-Real Estate. She specializes in office premises leasing advisory for tenants and landlords. Among her services Katarina offers companies search of ideal premises according to their needs, negotiation or re-negotiation of competitive leasing terms and conditions and she ensures a quick sublease of their offices. Katarina can also assist landlords to establish an optimal leasing strategy and will find reliable tenants for their properties.

Katarina Wojtusiak has more than twenty years of experience in commercial real estate. As part of her previous work at international real estate consulting firms CBRE and DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield), she gained detailed knowledge of the office market and the whole leasing processes. At CBRE, Katarina led the Office Agency team and was a member of the board. She has worked with many international and local companies including Seznam.cz, CertiCon, Hewlett-Packard, PwC, MetLife, Eli Lilly, and Johnson & Johnson. During her practice, she has built long-term and firm relationships with landlords and property owners, the real estate community, and many experts and professionals such as lawyers and project managers. Since 2011, Katarina has been a member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a respected global organization bringing together real estate professionals that sets and oversees compliance with ethical standards of work and the conduct of all its members.
