Katarzyna Pankiewicz has joined the Golden Star Group team

Katarzyna Pankiewicz has joined the Golden Star Group, a global investment company. With over 25 years of experience on international real estate markets, Katarzyna is responsible for leasing office properties from the company’s Polish portfolio, with a particular focus on Oxygen Park complex in Warsaw.

Katarzyna will coordinate the commercialisation strategy for office projects in our Polish portfolio and we have no doubt that she will contribute her expertise, excellent knowledge of the local market and business relations with tenants will certainly translate into successful commercialisations of our projects and the development of our entire portfolio,” said Gal Peleg, CEO at Golden Star Group.

Katarzyna Pankiewicz has 25 years of professional experience gained in international development and investment companies. Before joining Golden Star Group, she worked as the Director of Office Leasing and Sales at Yareal for 7 years. Previously, she worked for GTC for over 16 years, where she held the position of Commercial Director responsible for the leasing of all buildings in the company’s portfolio.

Oxygen Park, whose commercialisation is coordinated by Katarzyna Pankiewicz, is a modern office complex, located directly on Aleje Jerozolimskie in the Warsaw’s business district. The project consists of two six-storey buildings with a total leasable area of over 18,000 sqm. Oxygen Park has been designed to provide the best and most comfortable work environment. The fully glazed facade guarantees maximum access to daylight, while tilt windows enable ventilation of the rooms. Apart from top quality office space, tenants of Oxygen Park will also have at their disposal a green patio with a chillout zone and retail and service outlets, including a canteen and a bakery. The complex also features 162 parking spaces in the underground garage, bicycle racks and locker rooms with showers. The architectural design of Oxygen Park was created by the renowned studio JEMS Architekci. The project was delivered for use in 2013.
