The KÉSZ company, one of the largest construction groups in Hungary, bought a plot of land near Petrom City for a residential project in 2021. After more than two years, the company has submitted the documentation for the building permit and is waiting for the start of work. The announced investment is EUR 50 million.

"We have submitted the documentation for the building permit and we have a positive attitude, despite the situation in the capital regarding the obstacles to the development of new projects," says Zsolt Tatar, the company's development director.

The new residential complex will have more than 200 two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments, including duplexes, garden apartments, but also apartments with a roof terrace.
