Mennica Legacy Tower receives use permit

Mennica Legacy Tower, located on Prosta street in Warsaw’s Wola district, has secured a use permit. The 140-meter Mennica Legacy Tower, along with the neighboring 43-meter Western Building offers a total of 65,630 sqm of office space. Tenants of Mennica Legacy Tower include mBank, the law firms Noerr Biedecki and Allen & Overy. WeWork is the sole tenant of the Western Building. Mennica Legacy Tower was designed by the Chicago-based architecture studio Goettsch Partners.
