Mobexpert leased 1,400 sqm in Oresa Industra Park, Iasi

The furniture retailer Mobexpert is expanding its logistics and storage operations by renting 1,400 sqm in the Oresa Industra Park logistics park in Iasi, owned by Oresa Industra. Through this transaction, Oresa Industra Park in Iași has reached 100 percent occupancy.

Mobexpert's regional network includes 26 stores, and the group owns 18 percent of the home furniture market and 30 percent of the office furniture market.

Oresa Industra will invest in the expansion of the logistics park in Iasi with another 15,000 sqm this year.
