Moncler has completed the expansion of its factory in Bacau

Moncler has completed the expansion of its Bacău factory following an investment of EUR 10 million. The new production space covers an area of 8,000 sqm, spread over two floors, and marks the expansion of the factory, which measures approximately 16,000 sqm and was opened around 8 years ago.

The Romanian production facility is the only one owned by Moncler outside of Italy and at full capacity, it will produce approximately 30 percent of Moncler's global annual outerwear production.

The new facility currently employs around 230 people, with Moncler Industries Yield capacity now reaching almost 1,800 employees. Moncler Industries Yield aims to hire more than 200 more people in the coming months.
