Panattoni has started construction on City Logistics Warsaw V in Warsaw’s Rembertow district. The building will offer Small Business Unit modules with a minimum size of 1,080 sqm. Completion is scheduled for the second quarter of 2021. The development is to be BREEAM certified with an intended rating of Very Good. The property will have electric car charging points and beehives. “City Warsaw V is our answer to the needs of the market, which is going to increasingly require urban logistics space,” said Marek Dobrzycki, managing director at Panattoni. “This is also a continuation of our activities in the region where we leased out over 180,000 sqm just in the first half of 2020. Interest in our buildings from various companies is continually growing, and we intend to satisfy this demand.”
