Rehau is selling two properties in Romania

The German group Rehau is selling two properties in Cluj (Apahida) and Bucharest (Tunari) at a total price of EUR 7 million, as part of the process of relocating its offices to central locations and building the new regional hub in Sibiu until the end 2022. Rehau has appointed real estate consulting firm Cushman & Wakefield Echinox to manage the process.

The Rehau property in Cluj County has a land area of 16,900 sqm, a production and storage space of 2,000 sqm, and an office space of 1,000 sqm. The property near Bucharest in Tunari has a land area of 25,500 sqm, production and storage space measures 1,900 sqm, and office space 1,650 sqm.
