Romanian real estate investments exceeded EUR 566 million in H1

The total volume of investments on the Romanian real estate market was EUR 566.9 million in the first six months of 2022, of which EUR 476.9 million in the last three months, according to a study conducted by Fortim Trusted Advisors. Last year, in the first half, real estate assets of EUR 194 million were traded in total.

The retail sector attracted the most investments in 2022, a total of EUR 249.7 million.

On the second place, in the top of the fields in which it was invested, is the office segment, with transactions that totaled EUR 220.3 million. The largest amount paid for a single real estate asset in Romania in 2022 was given for the Expo Business Park office project in Bucharest.
