Sameday leases 2,100 sqm at TBM Industrial Park

Courier company Sameday, controlled by eMag, leased 2,100 sqm at the TBM Industrial Park project in Rudeni, near Bucharest. The transaction was brokered by Cushman & Wakefield Echinox. Sameday also recently leased 1,300 sqm of storage space in Tunari, north of Bucharest. That transaction was also brokered by Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.

"I looked for a location adapted to the Sameday requirements regarding a relatively small storage area with a very large number of parking spaces and I identified an optimal variant of space, in a very advantageous location, opposite their central warehouse. with a configuration that corresponds exactly to the requirements," said Andrei Brînzea, land and industrial partner at Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.
