Sandhar to invest EUR 25 million in an automotive components factory in Brasov

The president of the Brașov County Council, Ioan Veştea, announced that the Prejmer locality will benefit from an investment of EUR 25 million from a company in the automotive components industry.

"An investment worth about EUR 25 million in the field of automotive components industry will be made this year in Brasov County. I spoke today with a delegation representing Sandhar. It is a multinational that owns factories in Spain, but also in Mexico, India and Poland, and produces aluminum parts for the automotive industry ", said Ioan Veştea.

The investor set out to build the factory in the Prejmer Industrial Park, on an area of 7,000 sqm, consisting of production halls, warehouses and offices. The company aims to build the factory by the end of this year, and production will begin in 2022.
