Sandra Jäger (right on photo), 43, has been appointed as manager of the Dusseldorf branch of Tattersall-Lorenz Immobilienverwaltung und -management GmbH (Tattersall Lorenz), an owner-managed SME property manager headquartered in Berlin.

The appointment is in response to the company's growth and the greater volume of instructions in the Rhine-Main region. Sandra Jäger takes responsibility for the instructions in North Rhine-Westphalia and steps into the shoes of Rebekka Rauen (left on photo), who will now be solely responsible for the continued growth of the firm’s Frankfurt office and the key account management of the Union Investment Real Estate instruction.

Sandra Jäger has more than 15 years’ experience in the real estate industry. She joins Tattersall Lorenz from MVGM Property Management Germany, where she was key account manager and authorised signatory. Her previous positions include working for RGM Gebäudemanagement, Montan Grundstücksgesellschaft and RIAG Gebäudemanagement. Jäger holds degrees in Economics from the Ruhr University in Bochum in Real Estate Economics from the Academy of Management and Economics in Essen.

Susanne Tattersall, managing partner of Tattersall-Lorenz, comments: “We are very pleased to have appointed Sandra Jäger, yet another experienced property expert, who will act as the first point of contact for our clients in NRW. This provides Rebekka Rauen with additional capacity to expand our Frankfurt office and to manage the major instructions from Union Investment Real Estate. This means that we now have two women in the senior management positions of our offices in the Rhine-Main region.”
