Savas Gencer has been appointed as investment director at 7R

Savas Gencer has been appointed as investment director at 7R. He has joined the investment team led by Christopher Zeuner and will be responsible for capital raising activities and 7R’s international expansion into new European markets.

Savas Gencer has over ten years’ experience in private equity real estate investment. Prior to joining 7R, he was vice president at Amstar, where he was responsible for the company’s investment and asset management activities in CEE and Turkey. Savas has asset management experience in international markets, and a track record of completing transactions worth EUR 1 billion, including sales of residential and retail investments in Poland such as Złota 44, a luxury high-rise residential tower in Warsaw, and the Novum residential project in Kraków.

To date, 7R has completed the development of over 740,000 sqm of class-A logistics space in Poland and has over 1.6 mln sqm in its pipeline. Since 2018, the company has also been developing in Poland its urban warehouse concept – 7R City Flex Last Mile Logistics.
